Creation offers health benefits

Dear AiG, Just wanted to let you know that not only has your ministry been a help in my Christian walk, but it has also had a tremendous health benifit which has saved me a lot of pain and money. I read the article, "Oh, my aching back!" which mentioned Dr. Robin McKenzie developing back exercises based on a creation point of view. With a long history of back problems and chiropractic visits, I thought it may be an answer from God for my back. Well, I have been following his exercises for several months, and my back and neck have never been better. Thanks so much for being a blessing to my soul, mind, and body.
