I give and bequest the sum of [substitute amount] to Creation Ministries International Ltd (Reg Charity 1117490)—a non-profit ministry organisation, whose registered office is situated at 15 Station Street, Whetstone, Leicester, LE8 6JS, UK, free of Probate and Estate duties, to be applied to the general purposes of the said organization and the receipt of the secretary for the time being shall be a sufficient discharge to my Executors for such a legacy.
