For cancellations on or before March 31, 2022, you will receive a full refund less $100 administration fee.
For cancellations after March 31, 2022, CMI will make every effort to rebook the room and or package. If we are able to do so, you will receive a full refund less $100 administration fee. If we are unable to fill your space, you will receive a 50% refund.
For cancellations after April 28, 2022, CMI will make every effort to rebook the room and or package. If we are able to do so, you will receive a full refund less $150 administration fee. If we are unable to fill your space, you will receive a 5% refund.
