I give and bequest the sum of [amount] to Creation Ministries International (US) Inc., a non-profit 501(c)(3) corporation whose registered office is located at 3150-B Florence Road, Suite 2, Powder Springs, Georgia 30127, to be applied to the general purposes of the said organization.
