Raúl E López
Raúl E López has an M.S. and a Ph.D. in Atmospheric Science from Colorado State University. He worked for 23 years as a research meteorologist with the Environmental Research Laboratories of the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration. He has published about 50 journal papers and 90 conference papers and technical reports.
