Terms like 'micro-evolution' and 'macro-evolution' may suggest that the small changes that scientists (including creationists) observe, if given millions of years, will lead to big changes like evolving a single cell into a horse, or human. The main issue is not the amount of change but the direction of change. Genetic mutations deteriorate the genetic code.
